JOB SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of a Client Advisor is to provide superior customer service to the bank’s new and existing clientele.  Client Advisors are expected to create a customer experience that exceeds the client’s expectations and are required to satisfy all client requests quickly, efficiently and accurately.  Client Advisors will support the business development efforts of the Market President, Market Managers, Lending Officers, Treasury Management Officers and other production related personnel.  Client Advisors are encouraged to identify cross-sell opportunities while servicing the bank’s clients and provide financial solutions through the sale of bank products and services.     

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service and Support

• Provide excellent customer service to the bank’s clients, prospects and centers of influence.
• Promptly respond to all client phone calls and emails.
• Answer incoming telephone calls into the Financial Center.
• Support the business development efforts of all production related personnel by, but not limited to, the following:

v  Opening New Accounts

v  Servicing Existing Accounts

v  Problem Resolution Assistance

• Explain, advise on and promote bank products and services to customers.
• Fraud detection, prevention and resolution.
• Serve as liaison between clients and various departments.
• Manage internet customer service requests.
• Complete Financial Center projects and tasks as needed.

Operations

• Teller Function
• Perform specialized tasks such as preparing cashier’s checks, personal money orders and issuing travelers checks. 
• Process Branch Capture items daily.
• Process all night drop deposits daily.
• Process transfers and stop payments for clients.
• Process and balance collection items.  
• Ensure ATM is stocked and running properly (if applicable).
• Balance currency, cash and checks in cash drawer daily.
• Maintain regulatory compliance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of customer service experience in the financial services, sales or retail industry.
• Six months cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to react to change in a positive and productive manner.
• Self starter with the ability to function independently and in groups.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.

Essential Job Functions
1. Respond to questions/concerns from customers and business clients concerning their accounts. Conduct research when necessary and provide a response and/or solution in a timely manner. 
2. Assist staff, branches, and customers with technical, customer-service oriented resolution for all electronic based banking services.
3. Provides technical assistance and training for electronic banking software and hardware to various customers and bank staff using written and verbal means both on and off bank premises.
4. Provide timely communication to account officers on customer issues. 
5. Assist account officers with new electronic banking business through phone calls or onsite visits to prospective clients and referral follow-up. Process new applications and communicate results with account officer.
6. Increase awareness of electronic banking program and procedures at the branch level through training sessions, correspondence, exception monitoring or as necessary branch visits. Ensure branch personnel are trained accurately on all electronic banking procedures.
7. Set up new electronic banking services: complete applications, process paperwork as needed.  Process remote deposit applications, positive pay, wire, ACH or other applications/contracts and assist with implementation of these services as necessary.
8. Monitor anomalies in ATM and debit card transactions and blocks lost/stolen cards on the system. 
9. Monitor daily reports and weekly logons to analyze and report on usage, types of errors, security suspects, etc.  Contact customers unsuccessful with web based banking attempts to assist and to verify legitimacy.
10. Monitor incoming emails through corporate web page and respond or forward as appropriate.  Track usage for analysis.
11. Verifies VISA debit and ATM applications and electronically processes (data entry) new and replacement orders for ATM cards and PINS. Raise and decrease limits per Senior Management.
12. Assists customers and co-workers with problem resolution and questions both on the telephone and in person.
13. Processes electronic fund transfer error claims according to Regulation E and bank policy & procedure requirements. 
14. Handles out-of-balance adjustments for ATM’s.  Researches reports by computer screens and initiates out-of-balance adjustments. 
15. Reviews customer transactions where fraud is suspected.  Requests customers to file police reports.  Follows appropriate network provider procedures to request photographs of fraudulent transactions.
16. Assist in the development and preparation of monthly spreadsheets and reports. 
17. Discusses and resolves general ledger discrepancies.
18. Maintain a working knowledge of procedures, laws and regulations regarding all aspects of electronic banking.
19. Conduct customer site visits as required.  
20. Attend work on a regular basis, on time, and withstand varying degrees of stress.
21. Ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures, including those related to the Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security and Identity Theft Prevention.  

Skill, Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience; two to three years bank customer service and sales experience.
2. Basic understanding of various types of business entities
3. Basic understanding of debit cards, ACH, wires, and remote deposit capture services preferred
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel preferred. 
5. Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills

8. Ability to minimize risk related to card and internet based banking products
9. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic Windows and Internet Explorer concerns with customers.

The Collector is responsible for contacting delinquent borrowers to collect payments, settle accounts, and follow up on collateral documentation exceptions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned.
Notifies and locates customers with delinquent loans and attempts to secure payment.
Confers with customer in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of contract with customer.
Sends collection letters to delinquent borrowers.
Records information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.
Tracks and follows up with borrowers on exception items.
May provide assistance to Special Assets Officers.
Uses resources to clear the balances on delinquent loans.
Updates comments in loan tracking system.
Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
Composes and types routine correspondence.
Order EPA and Appraisal reports.
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; and one to three years related experience and/or training.

Financial Professionals has multiple clients in the DFW Metroplex looking for Commercial Lenders.

Summary

A commercial lender is responsible for contacting businesses and corporations to see if business financing or loans are needed for their operations. A commercial lender also evaluates businesses to see if they are creditworthy and can qualify for loans. An individual in this career field spends time in the business community and works closely with organizations such as a local chamber of commerce or business development association to market commercial loan banking products. A commercial lender is also known as a commercial loan officer, loan officer or business finance specialist.

The Senior Special Assets Officer is responsible for the collection and restructuring of problem loans and relationships, including larger and highly complex problem loans, unsecured and secured.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Review past due and matured loan lists to identify potential problem loans.

Manage a delinquent loan portfolio and prepare forbearance agreements, litigation requests, etc. on a weeky basis to work toward the resolution of these delinquent loans.

Interface with loan officers to develop collection plans for specific delinquent loans to minimize loan losses.

Ensure timely preparation and signing of all internally prepared letters of default sent to borrowers/guarantors.

Oversee foreclosure activities related to specific loans to prudently maximize the amount of collateral recovered in the shortest amount of time.

Coordinate with attorneys to properly  comply with local laws related to foreclosure actions, bankruptcies, and similarly loan related legal issues.

Coordinate, often with the assistance from loan officers, the orderly liquidation of foreclosed collateral to minimize the amount of loan losses incurred.

Assist where needed with the filings of claims with the SBA to obtain maximum guaranty payment.

Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with the Special Assets Department regarding past due loan payments and past due exception items to resolve.

Prepare reports for management and the Board of Directors as needed.

Review and neotiate certain loan origination documents with third party attorneys when necessary.

Receive and monitor, with assistance of loan officers, all delinquent property tax suits brought against borrowers to obtain payment of delinquent property taxes in a timely manner.

Request, receive, and review certain loan related memos for placement in appropriate credit files.

Receive and obtain timely approval of special request forms to classify, etc., including appropriate provision for loan loss reserves for specific problem loans as they are identified.

Adheres to appropriate Risk Management Policies.

Adheres to appropriate Compliance polocies and procdedures.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing telephone sales of mortgage products within established underwriting guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven successful consumer lending sales experience (minimum 2 years), working with FHA and conforming products.

General Responsibilities:  

Perform all billing and collections-related processes for all systems related companies which currently include BridgePoint360 and Blue Calypso Inc.  Processes include, but are not limited to:  accounts receivable billing and collections, enter and apply customer deposits in Dynamics GP (Great Plains), set up recurring billing contracts, maintain customer contracts management, general ledger, credit card processing, time-sheet processing, constant process improvement, and other accounting related tasks as they arise.
